Booking/Cancellation Policy
  • A deposit is required for all Bookings.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
  • We have a strict 48hr Cancellation Policy.
  • Re-scheduling your appointment within the 48hrs also counts as a cancellation.
  • Any cancellation/re-scheduling during the 48hr window will result in you forfeiting your deposit and paying a late cancellation fee.
  • If you don’t turn up for an appointment you will be charged in full. You will not be able to make any further appointments until you settle your account.
On making a booking with us you are agreeing to these terms.
